"Ethereal soprano - stunning performance" - Total Theatre

"Sound-blasting vocal gymnastics" - Melody Maker

"Ms Cluderay's great strength - besides her unquestionable vocal dexterity - is her quirkiness...she combined engaging storytelling, black comedy and limpid singing into an effervescent cocktail." - remotegoat.co.uk

Sara Cluderay studied classical singing at Trinity College of Music, London before
beginning a varied career across many musical genres. One of her first singing jobs after music college was performing operatic backing vocals with rock band The Clint Boon Experience!, a job she shared with tenor Alfie Boe. Highlights
included tours with Travis and Echo & the Bunnymen, appearances at major rock venues and festivals across the UK, and broadcasts for BBC Radio 1 and Channel 4 television. Opera includes La Traviata with Dartington Festival Opera and Cirque d’Hoffmann with Arkadia Opera Zirkus (UK Tour). Sara has also appeared on the classical concert platform at venues such as Barbican, St. Martin-in-the-Fields, the National Portrait Gallery and the Actors’ Church, Covent Garden. Choral work has included West London Synagogue, Westminster Abbey, St. Andrew’s Holborn and the Chapel at Grays’ Inn, as well as St. Thomas 5th Avenue, Holy Trinity Wall Street and the Cathedral of St. John-the-Divine, in New York City. Cabaret includes Battersea Barge, The Space London, Cafe Koha Leicester Square and Don’t Tell Mama (NYC).

Many thanks for your reply. Although I have not written anything for all three of you, I am happy to consider writing you a song for this combination, if this is what you would like.  Do let me know.  However, I do have a few songs for soprano and piano, also a piece for cello and piano called 'Transforming Stress'.  If you would like to see a copy, please email me at mjdedman@hotmail.com and I will send you what I have.  Thank you. Malcolm

Hello Sara, welcome to Akouson.  Do you perform contemporary music?  I have a couple of songs for soprano and piano if you interested in taking a look.  If you are, please email me on mjdedman@hotmail.com and I can send you a scanned copy.
