To Vicky.

Thanks.

My question is:

I'm asking a few selected members to give me their opinion on listening*  to a particular work - (i.e, perhaps you would choose[......if you had a few minutes to spare ! ......]one of my piano concertos on www.musicvenue21.com) – as to whether such music would be likely to 'nudge' Youth towards the concert halls in more enthusiastic numbers than at present…..or not !

Your response would be very welcome.

Keith

*  I’m afraid earphones (not speakers) are essential to quality in this case.

To Vicky Yannoula. I'm a new member (Keith Perreur-Lloyd). I'd like to ask your opinion on a 'musical item'. May I go ahead in this Comment Page?

I have now purchased an received your excellent recording of Shostavovich. Very well performed and produced - I do like the extensive notes that accompany the CD.  When are you bringing out others in this series?

Thanks Vicky for your welcoming note - it is certainly an interesting website, and I look forward to seeing how it develops. It is already a place for performers to communicate with those of similar interest.  Hopefully it will also develop as a forum where music lovers at all levels become aware of impending events involving its members and trends in music performance which they can also enjoy.  At least I hope to follow the development of your career which I am sure will be as brilliant as your performances - of which I hope to see more.  I'll keep an open mind on virtual gifts - I prefer virtuosity - but kind thoughts and wishes are always welcome!

Regards,

Roger.
